As a result of operational and investigative measures, it was established that Atadjonov N.R., from February 2020 to October 2024, while serving as the chairman of the dehkan farm "30th Anniversary of Independence-2019" in Tursunzoda city, committed crimes under the following circumstances.
 
Specifically, Atadjonov N.R., with the intent to misappropriate others' property through deception and abuse of trust, in approximately January-February 2021, fraudulently gained the trust of citizen S.I.R. and received from him the amount of 42,000 US dollars for the allocation of 2 hectares of land within the territory of the dehkan farm "30th Anniversary of Independence-2019" for the establishment of a vineyard. Similarly, in approximately January-February 2022, using the same method, he received from citizen K.A.S. the amount of 21,000 US dollars for the allocation of 1 hectare of land for the establishment of a vineyard on the territory of the aforementioned dehkan farm.
 
Atadjonov N.R., having received the aforementioned sums, took no actions in the interests of the said citizens and misappropriated the funds, spending them on personal needs, thereby intentionally causing the victims material damage on an especially large scale.
 
Based on these facts, a criminal case has been initiated against Atadjonov N.R. under Articles 247, Part 4, Clause "b," and 338¹, Part 2, Clauses "b, c" of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan. Upon completion of the preliminary investigation, the criminal case has been forwarded to the court for consideration.
